Welcome back to what promises to be another phenomenal conference! For those who have joined us in the past two years, I am confident that you can testify that it is a conference like no other. We give all the glory to God for the testimonies of changed lives and restored hope in the lives of those who have attended these conferences. 

We believe that God created each one of us to fulfill a unique destiny; a unique purpose. The Bible tells us that even before we were conceived in our mother’s womb, He knew us by name. Because God knows each one of us by name, He has destined that we will be in the world at this time to make manifest His will in our lives. 

Thus, for every single man and woman, God has ordained it that you be ‘Single … for such a time as this!’ Nothing happens under the heavens without God’s knowledge and permission, so that you are single at this point in time means God is working it out as part of His plan for your life. 

Mordecai had to remind Esther, that she was the Queen ‘for such a time as this’ so she could intercede for the Jews. During the conference, we hope to remind you that, if you are enjoying your singleness or wishing and praying that you will get married very soon, you are single … for such a time as this! So, embrace it and open your heart to God that He would use you for His glory during this season in your life. 

We have seasoned speakers like Pastor Agu Irukwu, Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, Pastor Sam Adeyemi and Pastor Deola Ojo who have blessed us tremendously in past conferences. We also have the pleasure to welcome to Nigeria, Bishop Brian Keith Williams, a noted speaker on our sexuality as believers, and Michelle McKinney-Hammond, a prolific writer on the journey of being single. 

We want to encourage you to open your spirit to what the Lord wants to say to you – listen attentively, take notes and ask questions.

Even though the theme for this year applies to singles all over the world, we believe that for the singles in Chicago and Abuja who joined our family in 2004, there is still so much to be shared on the topic of Sex, Lies & Your Soul, therefore, they will host to Sex, Lies & Your Soul Reloaded in July and December respectively.
